Guys, quick tip. Pls look at jobs
you'll are applying for & apply only if you fit. People from
Capital Markets & Life Insurance Sales are applying for CRM openings
in Real estate. People from Sales/Marketing/Finance are applying for L
& D (HR) openings..it isn't like going to a store & buying
something you like, there are stringent methods in shortlisting
candidates for very water tight job descriptions. If you fit 80-90%,
then ok, send your cv. But in any other case, you're wasting your &
the recruiter's time both. Pls share.
