Designation: Client Servicing Manager/Sr Manager/Head [Designations are fluid depending on the applicant’s work experience]

Ctc on offer: Upto 10 lacs p.a

The Hiring Client  is Looking for:

A smart, intuitive, astute & enterprising Client Servicing professional with a Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Advertising Agency.

A Communications/ PR/ Media/ Brand professional having expertise in corporate clients servicing for their brand/ product or services positioning in target audiences vis-à-vis competition.

Someone who has handled the complete End to End Client servicing experience.

Someone who enjoys taking their own decisions and working independently but equally well with teams.

Someone who understands marketing as a complete function, its intricacies, customizations according to industry specification & client briefs & needs.

Someone adept at providing customer delight as a continual & standard experience.

Someone Orderly and meticulous with an eye for detail.

Someone who understands the Client brand & its requirements & proposing PR & Media Strategies to achieve the same through .

 Open to client servicing experience for clients from any/all industries.

Job Profile:

Provide clients with action points, insights & inferences for brand positioning & enhancing media exposure.

To be a corridor between the Client & the Ad agency to promote & facilitate a flawless relationship, eliminating disconnects & ambiguities.

Creating & maintaining an excellent working rapport with the client.

Understanding of, and insight into, all marketing techniques, communication strategies & creative solutions to client needs & requirements.

Preparing of key client documents like press releases, presentations & marketing communication plans.

Ability to motivate and engage  fellow employees

The ability to deliver on time, within budget and to the customer's expectations

Good understanding and insight into the production process and resource planning and the role they play in the development process

Ability to work closely with clients, project managers, designers, Content Writers and developers.

Fluent in English in both written and verbal
