Designation: Sr. Exec / Asst Manager /Manager – Public Relations
Reporting to: Head Marketing
Experience: 5+ years, International Experience preferred.

5 to 10 lacs p.a

Job Description:
• Develop the annual PR, Events strategy, activity calendar and budget.
• Create awareness about the Brand in the right target space by developing, planning and implementing strategies for PR and Events. .
• Build excellent relationships with potential partners, media and influencers to ensure the best representation of the Brand.
• Propose/ Execute events which the Company/organize or participate in events to develop brand awareness and  ensure continuous buzz in the industry.
• Represent, supervise and ensure successful implementation of all PR activities within deadlines.
• Conceptualize and draft stories to highlight brand values and relevance to consumer.
• Reaching the right influencers and organizing events to showcase brand offerings
• Initiate, conceptualize and execute new store / product launch events.
• Ensure regular profiling of the Corporate as well as Stylist in relevant channels
• Initiate, organize and execute fashion shoots
• Initiate, organize and execute Imagery alliances and relevant events
• Participate and represent the brand in all relevant Forums
• Showcase brand in International media, Indian Media, to the right influencers through the right channels.
• Comply with the Company’s marketing code and general policies and processes.

This job entails being at the stores for atleast 3 days a week. It is not a job only at the Corporate office.

Job Description:
This position is new in the company and is being established to streamline the global immigration processes within the organization along with the assistance of external counsel.  The position is responsible for managing the overall immigration process and provides strong partnership to business operations. This involves managing internal requirements as well as managing third party suppliers in all areas of visas and immigration. The candidate will report to senior personnel in the HR department. 

The primary accountabilities of this position includes but not limited to:


Responsible for evaluating current immigration processes to achieve operational objectives, maintain controls, assist customers (internal/external), and ensure compliance with legal and business requirements as well as effectively manage relationships with employees, business partners and outside counsel. 
Candidate will be required to but not limited to: 
  • Handling queries and tasks from multiple individuals and departments within the company
  • Handling multiple Vendors with different Service Level Agreements
  • Liaising with primary immigration service provider
  • Maintaining detailed records of the movement of people across countries.
  • Spotting issues related to tax, social security payments, visa violations, visa requirements etc. and reporting them to the concerned authority within the company.
  • Establish new processes to fill gaps in existing systems.
  • Assist in the alignment of the immigration policies, processes and standards of the company
  • Assist senior management in setting annual goals and objectives for the department, develop and conduct contract renewal strategies.
  • Provide and/or arrange regular immigration updates and training sessions for management and employees
  • Provide and implement recommendations for ongoing audit compliance processes
  • Liaise with senior management, HR Professionals, employees on immigration matters
    Budget, track and report immigration costs
  • Conduct legal research on available work permits and visas for international employee travel.
  • To lead the global mobility function for the division. 
  •  Responsible for expatriation and repatriation 
  • To evaluate and streamline the global mobility process and policy 
  • To liaise with the group immigration lead, local HRD’s, consulates and immigration vendors 
  • To appoint and evaluate vendors 
  • To handhold every movement to ensure smooth settling in.
  • To ensure that there is due governance process
  •  To interact with senior management to understand and build mobility pipeline for the division 
  • Create an internal database of all potential globally mobile resources in the leadership team 
  • To ensure that the selection process for all mobility movements is as per the process
    Overall governance on the business case for each movement 
  • To ensure compliance to all statutes and rules related to immigration for each country
  •  To ensure compliance and advise on prescribed salary for every mobility movement 
  • To evaluate and approve all travel visa/work permit 
  • To advise and set guidelines on the applicable visa/work permit for all movement in each country 
  • To conduct periodic audits (internal and external) 
  • Maintaining detailed records of the movement of people across countries
  •  To provide reports to group HR on all work permit movements 
  • Budget, track and report immigration costs 
  • To guide and evaluate the travel desk on all visa/work permits 
  • To conduct educative session with HRD’s on immigration 
  • To develop and lead the global mobility team 
  • Ensure compliance to tax 
 The Candidate must posses 
  • Graduate degree (post graduate diploma/certificate is an advantage)
  • 10 years of industry experience, with 5 years of strong experience with in house employees immigration / global mobility
  • Experience in managing wide range of domestic/international immigration matters.
  • Capable of handling high volume of immigration-related matters
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal & effective communication and writing skills, ability to work with different personalities and temperaments and cross-cultural awareness
  • Organization skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of programs
