Profile: Managing Collaterals under Social Media Marketing, Branding, Internet Marketing, Market Research, Business Proposal Creation, and Preparation of Content Repository (PPT, PDF, and Proposals etc). Design, Creation & Execution of Marketing Communication, Internal & External Communication, Collaterals & Strategy leading to content & design rich collaterals used by the company for varied communication purposes on a daily basis. In addition to this, a strong multi dimensional / multi industry Research collation background is needed. Should be open to International travel at short notice.

Candidate Requisites

  • Should be well-versed in enterprise content/marketing communication writing.
  • Flair for writing/editing/rewriting crisp copy.
  • Should be an expert in researching varied subjects/industries & give a comprehensive research report on the same.
  • Work experience of 5-8 yrs in marketing communication division of IT / ITES / BPO / Global / Outsourcing / Media / Technology companies.
  • Educational Qualification Degree in Communications Discipline. MBA is preferred.
  • Should have 5-8 Years of experience

Job Profile
  • Understand the business requirement of the client.
  • Restructure content as per given template, ensure logical flow in content.
  • Rewrite communications to improve their impact.
  • Copy-edit to ensure that only flawlessly written material is published.
  • Maintain writing guidelines and best practices to guide the creation of quality communications.
  • Research and write technical information that suits technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Be able to read, research and understand new concepts/technologies with ease and communicate the same in simple, easy manner.
  • Write and develop collateral materials for print, online and other interactive mediums, including sales brochures, newsletters and direct mail.
  • Identify and articulate ideas on thought leadership and work with business owners to develop materials including whitepapers, research reports, presentations and case studies.
  • Work with design team for layout/design of content as and when required.
  • Responsible for all concepting and copywriting for all collateral pieces, advertising, Brochure , direct mail, Internet Mailers, etc.
  • This person also acts as a gatekeeper/brand ambassador to maintain a consistent company image, and positioning.
  • He/she works with the Director Marketing for concepting and design, and coordinates the campaigns within the other marketing departments--especially with Channel Marketing and Inside Sales to ensure a consistent lead generation program.
  • Works collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.
  • Develops, reviews, and manages internal and external Powerpoint presentations for marketing and management; collateral, public relations, advertising, trade shows, events & exhibitions, internet-based communications, website presentation of products and photo shoots and other materials according to established corporate policy. *
  • Researches and presents opportunities for editorial coverage in trade publications; secures placement of technical papers in trade journals and conferences; edits and manages the timing and placement of such papers.
  • Enters leads and maintains database.
  • Establishes and manages MarCom budget.
  • Coordinate communications projects with vendors and contractors for the development and production of event promotional materials, web site production and other collateral.
  • Responsible for the entire content of corporate Website Provide writing and editing support for all outbound member communication including all promotional materials, website content, a monthly newsletter and the annual report.
  • Coordination with Advertising agencies, creative design houses and Media as a part of Brand building and Corporate Communication Activities.
  • Liaising with Press and Media houses for Organizing press conferences and Media coverage for the company.
  • Serve as internal liaison to the meetings department and other staff resources Lead marketing communications team on top level concept and timeline development; review and track progress and execution.
