Functional Area:  Architectural (Rendering) Designer / Production Associate/Sr Associate/Asst Manager/Manager [5 openings]

Company Profile: E-commerce giant catering to Real Estate Listings, Requirements, Buying, Selling, Renting, etc. for mass/luxury markets PAN India & abroad. They are spread over 10 cities & have over 1500+ employees across locations. They are looking for someone to work in their inhouse Studio for various Architectural rendering work that comes up daily reporting directly to the Studio Director,.

Job Description:
He/she will work on the following activities for builders' and developers' projects that are to be listed on the company website:
  • 3D Architectural renders  [Floor plan to render for new projects listing].
  • 3D walkthroughs for new project demos [demo sets for pre-launch projects].
  • 360* walkthroughs [walkthroughs for new projects and luxury etc].
  • 3D printing for builder branding and project placement internally.
  • In conjunction with the principles, develop design concepts, space planning, finish materials and furnishing selections to meet owner /​ operator criteria.​
  • In coordination with principles schedule all design staff for projects.​
  • Collaborating with the design staff in the preparation of project deliverables: drawings, sketches, CAD drawing packages, schedules, specifications, etc.​
  • Review design of each project in each phase according to the project schedule.​
  • Manage project scope and schedule.
  • Work with project team to provide interactive solutions, always with the client’s business objectives in sight.

Requirements:
  • Has experience himself/herself of visual creation (must).
  • Hands on with working in visual/art production teams across media.
  • Has worked on projects and handles both pre-production and production at 3D/movie places (set design etc).
  • Ideally a production designer.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Excellent communicator; both written and oral.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines [V Imp].
  • Passion for quality design and innovation.
  • Strong Architectural background and knowledge in reviewing of drawings.
  • 4 - 5 Year Degree from an accredited Interior Design or Architecture program is preferred.
  • 5-10 or more years verifiable work experience in the architectural rendering job function is required.
  • Prefer to have proficiency in all or some of: CAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.), Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Etc.) Spexx, Studio Designer, Revit, sketchup, etc.
  • Skills in free hand sketching and rendering.
  • Full understanding of all aspects of our design services and the ability to perform or direct all levels of the service.

Experienced in:
AutoCad, Architectural Rendering software, SketchUp, Rivet, PhotoShop, CorelDraw, Flash, 3d Max, Rivet, 3D Modelling, 3D Visualization, 3D Rendering, Architectural 3D walkthroughs, 3D illustration, Excellent CAD skills are a plus, and an ability to communicate design ​solutions via hand sketches, renderings or via electronic formats.​

• Coordination with internal departments and consultants for project development and post-transaction support.
