I] Senior Corp Sales Professional.                                                                 

Requirement for: 5 Female and 5 Male Candidates.
Looking For:
  1. Graduate/MBA preferred.
  2. With preferably 3- 9 years of experience in SALES / UPSELLING/ CROSS SELLING/ RETENTION/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / LEAD GENERATION & CLOSURE OF SALES LEADS in ANY Industry/Background.
  3. Excellent Communication skills
  4. Flexible to  travel Pan India and abroad.
  5. Leadership qualities of professionalism, perseverance, goal orientedness, ability to inspire high performance via own actions & achievements, etc.
  6. From corporate sales background, should have seen it and done it all in the sales market and proven their mettle.

 Job Description:
  1. Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segments.
  2. Management of new opportunities, including routine contact i.e. discern service concerns, forecast future activity, expand service offering, and explore new opportunities within existing clients/new clients.                                              
  3. Manage Revenue Target for Domestic market.                      
  4. Responsible for the development and delivery of short and long term strategic business goals.
  5. Strategy development  , Planning and Reporting.                  
  6. Prepare overall marketing strategy together with partners, practice group leaders and senior business management.
  7. Analyses market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  8. Prepare and manage the overall marketing and business development budget Relationship Management.
  9. Identify, analyse, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  10. Develop and enhance business relationships fostering existing and new business and heighten awareness of the Group Management and Leadership.
  11. Build and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching of staff.
