Experience (Must Have):
- 15 to 20 yrs exp in the Liaison function for RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS, with Govt Agencies/Municipal Approvals/Statutory Sanctions/Licenses.
- Knowledge of FSI/DCR/DCRIO/CFO/Civil Aviation rules etc a must.
- Candidates should be from Real Estate/Construction Companies only.
Ctc on offer: Upto 35 lacs p.a
