Designation:  Assistant Manager - Sales [Real Estate Sales]

Location: Sion, Mumbai

Job Description: 

  • Managing the Sales Life cycle end to end.
  • Coordinating with various departments Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, etc at the Head Office, from initial sales pitches till the Handover of the unit.
  • 5-6 years experience in luxury sales will be an advantage.
  • Ability to connect quickly with customers. 
  • Willing to work extended hours and weekends as and when required.
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Excellent presentation and grooming essential.
  • Updating and maintaining MIS reports with regard to the SALES function as per specified guidelines.
  • Being a high performer & being target oriented are plus points.
  • Excellent communication skills mandatory.
  • Delivering a satisfactory response to all pre set sales targets.
  • Good verbal communication skills a must. 
  • Must be Persuasive, & have a pleasant demeanor.

Salary: Upto 8 lacs p.a

Qualification: Graduate (mandatory) – Qualifications over that are welcome. MBA in Marketing preferred.


Experience: Ideal candidate should be a graduate/PG with 5-7 years of experience in SALES of real estate.


Industry: Industry preference (Real Estate / Property) Position reports into Manager Sales.
