I] Business Development Managers - Exhibitions - 3 Openings [Education & Jewellery Segment]
Requirement for:Mumbai, Bangalore & Chennai

II] Business Development Managers - Events - 2 Openings.
Requirement for: Delhi & Bengaluru [1 in each location]

III] Manager - Activations - 2 Openings.
Requirement for: Delhi

I & II] Job Profile [For Events & Exhibitions Business Development Managers]:

• Exhibition Space Selling, Sponsorship development for Education or Wedding/Bridal/Jewellery Expos & Exhibitions
• Exhibition Promotion – Web, Social Media, Print, & Participating in other trade shows.
• A strong understanding of the Education Industry
• 1-5 years of experience in Education or Wedding/Bridal/Jewellery Expos
• A positive, can-do attitude. Used to working against tight deadlines.
• An intelligent, ambitious and highly motivated team player with a commitment to quality and professionalism
• Flexible, patient, able to prioritize
• Good negotiation skills
• Be responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve the financial targets for both regional and global events.
• Developing a new business plan – targeting high potential clients, making presentations and developing materials to reach these clients
• Identifying new prospects and initiating contact for follow up
• Preparing and presenting new business presentations / credentials presentations
• Revenue generation through new client acquisitions,  selling more space, bringing sponsors etc.
• Taking client briefs and communicating them clearly to the team
• Participating in creative development process
• Writing proposals, including developing costing and doing research in suppliers where necessary
• Closing deals on new business
• Project management – the role may require some project management component if necessary
• Work with management to draw up a new plan and budget
• Track the activities of competitors.
• Attending relevant trade association, Ministries, distributors and invite them for the events & exhibitions both Nationally & Internationally

Key Strengths: Target orientedness, hardcore experience in targeted selling, organizing and managing exhibitions & events [Events Mainly], Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.

III] Job Profile [For Activations Managers]:
• Strategize & Implementation of All Companywide Brand Activation.
• Budgeting and monitoring.
• Appointment, negotiations and management of vendors or branding partners for clients branding work.
•  Strategy and Execution of outdoor jobs.
• Co-ordination with Advertising agencies and Daily management of installation work with deadlines.
• Enhancing visibility of the product.
• Creativity in branding and advertising.
