Manager - HR (Male Candidate) for Language Services client, Goregoan (w), Mumbai


Designation: Manager - Human Resources [Recruitment + Generalist profile]
Male Candidates only.


Relevant Experience: Atleast 7-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy, On boarding, Inductions, Exits, Grievances Handling, Policies & Procedures,Workforce planning & budgets, Talent Management, Rewards & Recognitions, Internal events, etc. Experience of having worked with employees from different countries/cultures is a plus since this office employs people from varied ethnic backgrounds & countries.
Salary Band: Upto 10 lacs p.a
Qualifications: Graduate. PG/MBA in HR Preferred.
Reporting To: CEO
Location: Goregaon (w), Mumbai.
Companies preferred: IT/ITES/BPO/KPO/Publishing/Language/Editing services companies where handling global workforce at local offices has also been done.

  • The company is looking for someone who they can grow into a more senior HR [Sr Mgr/ AVP - HR] role over the next few years hence the applicant needs to be better than his peers at the same age/experience level & stable in his career.
  •  Should be able to sit down & handle grievances on a one to one level if needed, sensitivity & cohesiveness with the team are big deciding factors. Not looking for someone who wants to sit in his own office & shout out orders. Should be working hand in hand with Operations & Delivery on a daily basis, a People's champion. A sensitive leader.
  • Should be calm, rational, patient [will be working very closely with the CEO, hence vision & understanding of Senior mgmt dynamics is extremely important.
