Senior Manager Design [UI/UX/Product] - Bengaluru Location

We are scouting for a Senior UI/UX Designer who will focus on delighting the company product end users & industry experts alike by helping our client company design stunning and intuitive products that earn outstanding reviews from their peers and our customers across all platform and screen sizes for mobile and non-mobile apps. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and talented Designer to design UX/UI for multiple form factors including: iOS, Android, Symbian, J2ME, Smart TV and more. He would be more of a strategic partner to the company senior leadership which believes deeply in the power of design changing the future of Human interaction with technology.

Collaborate with : Product, Creative, Engineering and Marketing & P

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Drive product design, from ideation to implementation, in a timeframe that meets project goals.
• Create and deliver elegant visual user interfaces. Communicate designs through mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
• Deliver well-organized design files that are easily consumable for mobile application development.
• On the product side, work collaboratively with the Engineering Team to evolve the design to support new features and enhancements.
• On the business side, work collaboratively with the Marketing and PR Team to develop visuals & layouts for campaigns, product related communication and marketing collateral.
• Mentor junior members of the design team. Lead by example.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of designing highly usable, elegant interfaces for web and mobile applications Portfolio of consumer-focused websites and applications. 
• Good visual design skills - layout, composition, typography, color palette, iconography. 
• Ability to solve interface issues via design and not just come up with pretty pictures. 
• Strong user experience instincts and wire-framing Proficiency in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw and InDesign, a must.
• Prototyping skills in HTML and CSS would be a huge plus, with current on latest responsive design techniques.

Qualifications:

B.Tech/ M.Tech in Design or a related field or

BS/MS in human computer interaction, human factors, Usability Analysis & Expertise, or equivalent experience.
