They are hiring for Bengalruru location for some very strong positions within their company & are looking for competent talent to associate to join & grow with them.

Designation:  Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Ctc on offer: 10 -15 Lacs p.a

Reports to: Head - Marketing & Sales

Desired Experience: 7-10 yrs

Desired Qualifications: MBA (Marketing), Graduate in any discipline.

Desired Skills (Technical):

Knowledge of PR aspects, Advertisement activities, media management etc.

Desired Skills (Non-Technical):

• Confidence and ability to interact with high profile clients.
• Self-motivated and result oriented, can work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Desired Technical Abilities, ranking well in: (60% & above)

a. Aptitude Test

b. Logical Test

c. Psychometric analysis

d. Technical Test

Desired Profile:

Will be responsible for the following activities:

• Sales and Leasing of Commercial SEZ / IT & Office spaces/ Retail/ Malls & Hospitality Projects.
• Good understanding of Real Estate Sector.
• Well versed in Leasing/ LOI/ MoU and drafting/ Negotiating of similar documents
• Good networking with IPC’s, Local brokers, Decision makers in companies
• Presentations to various clients for business development.
• Identifying and developing strategic alliances with various IPCs & Brokers.
• Flair for market research. Research & analyze market data to identify local sales issues and trends and define strategies to resolve them.
• Coordination with internal departments and consultants for project development and post-transaction support.
• Assist the Marketing Team in the launch activities, exhibitions, presentations, brochures etc.
Presentations to various clienteles for business development.
