Designation:  Planning Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Ctc on offer: 10 -15 Lacs p.a

Reports to: Head - Projects

Desired Experience: 7-10 yrs

Desired Qualification: MTech, BE (Civil), B.Tech(Civil)

Desired Skills (Technical):

a. Sound knowledge in MS-Projects

b. Sound knowledge in Primavera software

c. Sound Knowledge in AutoCad

Desired Skills (Non-Technical):

a. Client Interactions

b. Internal & External stake holder Networking & Communications.

Desired Technical Abilities, ranking well in: (60% & above)

a. Aptitude Test

b. Logical Test

c. Psychometric analysis

Desired Profile:

a. Must have handled at least 4 similar large scale projects from Start to end.

b. Sound Knowledge of MEP

c. Ability to quickly understand the project dynamics, conceptualise the framework and recommend / suggest suitable methodologies for critical areas of operations

d. Advanced planning for de-bottlenecking

e. MIS including Cashflows

f. Should have indepth knowledge of market benchmarks

g. Should have basic knowledge of Quantity surveying

h. Knowledge in Pre-Construction planning is a must"
