Designation:  Assistant Manager - CRM  [Customer Relationship Management]

Job Description: 

  • Managing the Customer Account Life cycle from booking till possession.
  • Coordinating with various departments; Customer Service Department at Head Office, Accounts, Legal and Projects Team for finalization of customer accounts to achieve timely handover of the project.
  • Sending welcome letters, installment call notices, reminders, collecting and maintaining the record of the payments along with other letters related to payment defaults etc.
  • Maintaining Legal coordination and documentation of Booking Applications, Buyers agreements etc.
  • Managing all written & verbal communication with Customer (after booking of unit until the handing over / registration of unit).
  • Updating and maintaining MIS reports with regard to CRM functions as per specified timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills mandatory.
  • Delivering a satisfactory response to all customer queries (in person, through telephone or E-Mail).
  • Good verbal communication skills a must. 
  • Must be Persuasive, & have a pleasant demeanor.
Salary: 5-7 lacs p.a

Qualification: Graduate (mandatory) – Qualifications over that are welcome.


Experience: Ideal candidate should be a graduate with 4-7 years of experience in handling customers and resolving the queries.


Industry: Industry preference (Real Estate / Property) Position reports into Manager CRM.
