2> Finance Controller - International Luxury Retail brand, Mumbai. Should handle accountability for the overall functioning of the Accounts, Finance, Secretarial, Compliance & Legal functions. Develop financial and tax strategies, Manage the capital request and budgeting processes, Understand and mitigate key elements of the company risk profile, Some level of Retail Operation knowledge like Weights & Measures, Customs, Logistics, etc will be appreciated. Prefer a C.A+CS.

Looking for 10-15 yrs of post Chartered Accountant qualification work exp in Finance & Accounts but also STRONGLY in Raising of funds, Debt (FD, MF), Equity, Private equity, to Oversee efficient deployment of funds, Evaluate new projects for financial feasibility, Ensure appropriate insurance covers for projects/other assets, Perform the role of a people manager for the finance team, etc. for REAL ESTATE.
