Requirements:
7-10 years
Sales / Business Development experience in IT Services & products
Proven High
Performance in Software sales.
Job
Description:
- Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
- Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Area Business Plan.
- Coordinating with entire sales team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market.
- Reporting business trends and performance to the Director-Business Development.
- Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects.
- Identifying customers’ needs and requirements.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for identified customer base from a sales perspective
- Own & achieve revenue targets for an identified territory/customer base
- Own an Account plan for a given customer to ring fence the existing business as well to develop/spot new opportunities.
- Understand the competition and their offerings vis-à-vis FSS offerings while devising a sales strategy
- Provide revenue projections for identified area/domain/customer base.
- Understand customer business, pain points and requirements and communicate with Sales Manager/Delivery teams/Senior Management to help them devise technical solutions.
- Ability to Present & Articulate FSS Services to Decision makers.
- Identify RFI/RFP situations and co-ordinate with respective teams.
- Be responsible for account receivables and necessary co-ordination with Inside Sales, Delivery and Sales Manager.
Key
Expectations:
- Own revenue targets for an identified area/domain/customer base and be responsible to devise a sales strategy.
- Understand Services Portfolio of of the company and align with opportunities available in an account.
- Own an Account plan for a given customer to ring fence the existing business as well to develop/spot new opportunities.
- Understand the competition and their offerings vis-à-vis company offerings while devising a sales strategy.
- Provide revenue projections for identified area/domain/customer base on a Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis.
- Understand customer business, pain points and requirements and communicate with Sales Manager/Delivery teams to help them devise solutions.
- Convey challenges faced in customer environment to reporting manager.
- Good Communication skills, maturity in engaging with Customers.
Background:
- Preferably, should have worked with IT Security / IT Infrastructure/ Security Product or Services vendors
- Exp.: 7 – 10 years
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
- Proven Sales Record
- Willingness to travel
