They are seeking an experienced individual to contribute to the success of the Client Relations team.  In this role, the Manager, Client Relations will develop long-term client relationships and contribute to ongoing revenue generation for them by retaining and renewing their most cherished membership agreements. Desired Skills and Experience

Education/Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong academic record from a top-tier university preferred.
    • ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Minimum 5-8 years experience in the area of client relationship management, business development, sales, etc. Vendor management experience is preferred too.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated success in client-facing roles supporting senior sales executives/partners on client acquisition and retention activities
    • Industry experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Hospitality / Aviation / Airlines / BPO / IT/ITES, etc.
