Designation: Secretary to Director [Female candidate]
Openings: 2 separate openings to 2 different Directors.
Location:  Goregaon (e), Juhu, Mumbai
Ctc on offer:Upto 5.75 lacs p.a

Job Profile:
Diary management / Scheduling meetings / Assisting in Decision making / Filing of documentation as well as e-Filing / Handling all incoming and outgoing emails / Logistical arrangements (flights, accommodation & rental cars) / Arranging Strategy sessions, Team Buildings, Workshops, Year-End Functions etc. / Report writing, typing of minutes, co-ordination of ad-hoc duties.

• Independently responding to Emails, Manage CEO's Emails as well as own
• Generate daily / monthly / weekly monthly reminders for critical to-do items to be completed including both recurring and one off items.
• Assist in ensuring prompt and effective follow up on all Internal and external meetings based on Calendar information.
• Assisting and understanding the CEO’s working styles and priorities in order to represent effectively and being able to change styles and priorities to meet the very different working style.
• Update database and maintain client & company files.
• Managing last minute changes in schedules.
• Meetings and Action Points Management
• Organizing Video Conferencing and Tele Presence meetings across the globe.
• Follow Up on Action Points generated in these meetings and ensure their closure with updates.
• Maintain Confidentiality of information
• Domestic & International travel plans and coordination
• Visa coordination
• Meeting Management
• Review meetings for team
• Heavy Calendar Management
• Charter coordination and travel management with them. Negotiate where needed.
• Delegation of tasks so as to provide Admin. Support to MD,
• Face of the MD's office .one on one interaction with both Internal and External International Managers, Executives and as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
• Coordination with domestic/International clients for meetings management.


Candidate Requisites:
  • Should have atleast 3-6 years of experience in Secretarial functions / Office management / Inter departmental co-ordination, etc.
  • Should be between 24 to 35 years of age.
  • Should preferably but not compulsorily have some exposure to Large MNCs or Indian Companies work environments.
  • Should be impeccably well groomed, highly presentable, healthy & fit, as the job requires an alert, physically active & agile employee.
