Currently I'm Hiring for the Hottest Startups for Mumbai, India location for the following positions:
1> AVP - Operations [Ctc on offer INR 35 lacs - 1 cr p.a]
Atleast 3-5 years in ECommerce. Man management of 700-1000 direct & indirect reportees. Handling Sales Operations, Customer Care, Logistics, Performance, etc. [Should be highly process & numbers driven, but must also lay a lot of emphasis on a winning culture]
2> Head - Human Resources - Expat Preferably or having International exposure to Silicon Valley Startups in HR/OD [Same remuneration band as above] - OD Interventions, Talent Management, Work Culture Champion, preferably Expat / Foreign National, preferably a female candidate but open to Male applicants as well. Must have a good exposure to Start Ups in the Valley preferably.
3> Chief Marketing Officer - [Same Remuneration Band] - Looking at a Visionary Leader not just number crunching guy. Must have created Big Brands nationally and internationally. Youthful energy. In sync with the Internet, Online/Digital Ventures, New Age, fresh perspective on Marketing, bold leader, performance driven, Disruptive Innovator.
4>CFO [Same band, negotiable too] - Someone with extensive networks among Investors, P.E's, well linkedin with the Indian & International Investor community, should have successfully raised over 200-300 Million atleast. Cool headed, able to take on large responsibilties, understands the E-Commerce market well, Mergers & Acquisitions, etc. Open to Partners from P.E Funds looking for a Corporate Stint.
5> Head of Products [Salary band: Open]: Looking at a Silicon Valley resident, who has atleast 8-10 years of experience in Products/Innovation/Disruption in Ecommerce..having had atleast 7-8 Product Managers report into him/her.
6> Senior Product Managers - Should have excellent track record, experience with Indian/International ECommerce companies.
