  • Understand the voice of the brand and reflect the same across all mediums in terms of content
  • Inclined towards writing engaging content to attract more visitors to the website and blog
  • Create content required for SEO purposes of the website by using correct keyword density
  • Create content required for:
        - Print collateral
        - Social Media posts
        - Banner ads
        - Mailers (EDMs)
        - Powerpoint’s
        - Press Releases, etc.
        - Videos 

  • Coordinate with resources in-house and external agencies to deliver content for videos, animations, blogs, ad agencies, etc.
  • Integrate compelling “Call-to-Actions” in each content piece to drive traffic to the website
  • Coordinate with bloggers and collaboratively create content to continually generate word of mouth via blogger outreach programs


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent content-writing experience [preferably in the field of interior design / home furnishings / furniture]
  • Fair understanding of SEO and keyword density etc. for writing appropriate SEO-friendly website content
  • Ability to draft crisp ad copies based on marketing briefs and marketing objectives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent soft-skills in dealing with people from a variety of businesses
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines on time
  • Candidate with a background in home decor / interior design is preferred but not necessary. Experience in managing any such brand as a part of an agency is also an add-on for this profile.

Job Profile:
We are essentially looking for a Logistics, SCM, Warehousing expert who knows about the challenges of e-commerce logistics & expansion. This is a lead role that would work very closely with the founding teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Ensure compliance and adherence of all supply chain processes and procedure of forecasting, replenishment, allocation, freight, Provisions in D&S function.
  • Ensure duties are carried out at all times in compliance with SOX and business conduct guide by self and team.
  • Owns SCM Targets as provided by management to achieve KPI for Inventory, freight. Support OTIF by right inventory at right place in right time to manage Customer Expectations (Internal / External).
  • Challenge the forecasts at the regional level with an 18-month time horizon.
  • Create a close working relationship with the Regional Sales Heads and establish ways of efficient and effective communication on business matters.
  • Represent the D&S team as a member of the regional and range SOP’s.
  • Manage or lead projects to improve overall operations performance within the area of expertise.
  • Ensure adequate skill level within the team.
  • Create a performance culture in line with Company values and vision.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the other regional DSM´s an the GDSM´s to achieve targets.
  • Act as a key contact for the Strategic Purchasing Team in the region.
  • Liaison with regional  product managers, corporate purchasing, quality management, product development for optimization of Inventory and making sure the products are made available as per demand.
  • Resolve and avoid supply gaps working with Global demand and supply team.
  • Build up a highly talented team of professionals participating in the selection and recruitment process.
  • Responsible for high level demand planning and supply planning in the region.
  • Ensures a high degree of focus in new developments.
  • Responsible for the performance of KPI’s related to D&S.
  • Ensures excellent teamwork with in Planning, CSD, logistics, commercial team and corporate functions for smooth execution of respective responsibilities. Be the key contact to resolve the issues of demand and supply, when needed.
  • Critically review performance metrics (FC, Inventory, DIO, SM, NM, R3, freight Cost, Potential Shortages, Back order and MRP compliance) to meet objectives set for the region.
  • Ensure quarter end provisions submission to Global performance team within time line.
  • Ensure full support for FPR products to GC by allocating suitable resource.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Appropriate certifications.

Experience: 

10-12 years in Logistics Planning and supply chain management. 3 years in lead position for demand and supply management, leading a team.

Know-how/skills:
  • Excellent Planning and organizing skills.
  • Good in Time management,
  • Good in written and oral communication.

  • Excellent command on MS office, especially MS Excel.

  • We are looking for a hands on Project Management Consultant (PMC) who comes with a high level of expertise with Real Estate / Construction / Architecture / Interiors related project management.

Minimum 4-6 Years exp in the F & B industry, great people skills, Hardcore foodie!

Role:
As the resident Food Master you will lead the culinary services team in an environment that works on continuous improvement. Through your experience and expertise, you will implement and support all food related activities including the food production, menu development, inventory, ordering/purchasing, food cost controls, training, sanitation, and personnel management. Day to day responsibilities would be ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and work toward improving systems and processes & food production quality. 

Qualifications:

  • Culinary Arts Degree or BS Degree – Food Service or Hospitality Management Program or five (5) years of culinary experience preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation
  • Fine dining restaurant, hotel or country club culinary experience is highly desirable
  • Experience with high-touch customer service environments
  • Creativity and plate presentation skills a must
  • High volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable
  • Must be experienced with computers: to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Outlook, E-mail and the Internet

Job Profile:

Quick Summary: You will be a part of 3-4 member founding team with diverse backgrounds (Tech, Food, Logistics, High Finance and Strategy) and will be responsible building the tech platform of the company. This will include building:

- Scalable Tech architecture
- Android and iOS mobile apps for Consumers, Delivery boys and Chefs
- Strong data analytics platform

Minimum 2-3 Years exp in tech/product wearing multiple hats experience at a healthy start up /Consumer tech company in a business/growth evangelist role.
