Job Profile:

Role:

Nestopia is a funded + self monetizing online interior design & development marketplace based out of Mumbai with all its business, design, affiliate partner development, delivery and procurement activities all being carried out in-house. Their primary focus is on executing the massive business leads for varied projects for home, commercial, builders, hotels & otherwise that come to them. The project sizes vary from singular to multiple mid & large sized deals. 

• Our Project Management Office would provide pre, during & post construction execution consultation and oversight services including management, capital planning, and execution including technical / design inputs & other strategic inputs as required. Project types include residential, office buildings, commercial spaces, retail spaces, hotels & business centers, & various other build-to-suits.

• We are looking for a hands on Project Management Consultant (PMC) who comes with a high level of expertise with Real Estate / Construction / Architecture / Interiors related project management.

• Develop and implement a program & project management system covering all aspects of the ongoing projects from Planning and Design Development to Closeout and Conclusion of projects.

• Coordination with the Project Design Team and Related consultants and all liaison personnel on rolls of the company as well as all affiliates & vendors.

• Project Planning and Design Development in conjunction with the design team.

• Knowledge of all design / construction related compliances & permissions as required thereby ensuring all company work being executed is within legal frameworks & in compliance with all requisite protocols. 

• Review & complete Due Diligence of the design details /estimates & budgets prepared by the interior designers / architects / misc contractors for the cost, quality, feasibility, construct ability & implementation ease, within timelines & budgets, ensuring all client expectations are met with perfectly.

• Set & ensure meeting / execution of all project timelines using the appropriate scheduling softwares in tandem with internal/external teams & bring everyone onto the same software platform to ensure cohesive efforts towards project completion flawlessly.

• To be responsible for senior level project decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization in all areas of Project management.

• To understand and support business strategy and should be able to become a trusted advisor to the management on strategic issues, particularly the project management impact on scaling & growth strategy.

• Exceptional people skills are necessary to drive excellent relationships all around & effortless growth. Fantastic interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Creates and inspires a climate of trust and openness amongst colleagues, team & all partners & clients; together with a reputation for high personal integrity & performance.

• Must have a demonstrated a verifiable background in project management excellence & should have excellent networks & reach to curated vendors / contractors & appropriate Market Intelligence.

Academic Background/Experience: 

B.Tech- Civil or Mechanical (with top engineering colleges) with 8-10 years

+ of relevant experience preferably wit IPCs. Candidate should have experience of having handled interiors / architecture related projects for residential, commercial, hotels, & other mid to large sized establishments with interior design needs / projects.
