Role:

  • We are looking for a hands on HR Leader to join this rapidly growing team, to help us build a sustainable, performance rich, meritocracy & structure based organization where we build a culture that is so rewarding in itself that it becomes our vision & USP.
  • He/She should come with a proven track record and a high level of HR expertise to join this team.
  • Reporting to the Co-Founders, you will serve as the lead for all HR activities, including talent acquisition and retention and be a key influencer in creating and executing organizational programs that drive business results in a dynamic, high growth environment.
  • The ideal candidate should be both a hands-on and strategic leader with expertise across all HR disciplines with demonstrated success in attracting and retaining the best people, establishing competitive compensation & benefits programs and driving performance management practices which allow people to be successful.
  • Work closely with all Business Heads / Stakeholders to drive talent acquisition by applying innovative recruiting strategies and programs which support the rapid growth of our workforce as we expand our market presence.
  • Advise, coach and guide the organization and its leadership regarding culture and people issues in order to foster a high performance culture.
  • Continue to refine comprehensive compensation, incentive and benefit plans that are market competitive and cost effective.
  • Build out our HR team and HR systems and processes that support HR best practices and the organizations objectives and goals.
  • Develop/enhance the appropriate HR practices & policies to meet compliance requirements of the company.
  • To be responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization.
  • To understand and support business strategy and should be able to become a trusted advisor to the management on strategic issues, particularly the impact people issues can have on strategy.
  • To maintain a succession plan for all departments.
  • To become an external interface to build company as an attractive employer brand
  • Exceptional people skills are necessary to drive change in a situation where the company is doing very well, but drastic behavioral change is required to maintain the pace of the growth.
  • The selected individual will be able to strategically and tactically evaluate and implement sophisticated HR related programs and initiatives.
  • Creates and inspires a climate of trust and openness amongst colleagues and team; together with a reputation for high personal integrity.
  • Have a demonstrated background in talent management and leadership management.
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization
Main areas of expertise should be: Talent Acquisition, PMS, Comp & Ben, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Culture Initiatives, Rewards & Recognition, Legal & Compliance, 
The VP HR, should preferably come from a background as under:

Academic Background/Experience
  • Masters degree in HR/Personnel Mgmt and 10 - 12+ years of progressive human resources experience in the technology/IT/ITES sector preferably.
Personal Traits:
  • High energy and drive.
  • Confident & assertive.
  • Results driven.
