Senior Manager – Corporate Communications [IT/Technology Exp], Pune Location


Designation:  Senior Manager – Corporate Communications
No of years of experience in PR/Corp Comm: 8-12 years overall, atleast 2-3 years with an IT/Technology Services Company
Remuneration On Offer: Upto 15 lacs p.a

Job Profile:

  • Developing the internal/external communications strategy and budget to complement the said PR/Corp Comm/Marcom activities of the company.
  • Design and implement communication materials for the company and all individual departments as per requirements.
  • Networking with media personnel and establishing long-standing associations with them.
  • Organization of press conferences, media trips, interviews for apprising the media about the company’s present and future activities.
  • Handling appropriate media selection for generating awareness about company operations.
  • Devise and implement internal communication, internal newsletters, Employee Engagement, location based Events & Competitions, Develop and maintain intranet site, Marketing Collaterals, Employee branding, Tie-ups & Loyalty Programs, Corporate gifts, Corporate Social responsibility, Corporate Film, Kiosks and Press Ads.
  • Planning, organizing, and directing overall communication strategies and public information activities for the organization;
  •  Managing, planning, directing, controlling and implementing a proactive communication program to enhance the reputation of the company.
  • Overseeing internal and external communications and presentations, in close relation with the managing staff of company's divisions, interest groups and committees;
  • Overseeing the association's digital communication, including the content for the Website, social media, and newsletters;
  • Representing the organization in the media and on other relevant occasions;
  • Developing and implementing annual strategic communication plans that include goals, activities, materials, and performance indicators;
  • Providing detailed reports of communications activities, including return-on-investment analyses.
  • Develop & deliver effective multi-channel communications plans for a range of audiences to support group strategy, market the company, promote core values & enhance the brand.
  • Manage & develop an annual media relations plan & effective relationships with the press.
  • Manage group crisis communications planning & standards. Ensure all divisions are up to date with group standards & provide advice where required.
  • Manage & develop company's internal communications strategy to deliver effective & value added employee communications aligned to the company’s goals, messages & brand.
  • Manage the development, maintenance & communication of company's corporate identity & brand positioning across the group & externally.
  • To manage the administration of the department related to Corporate Communications, in terms of Budgets, Accounts and appropriate MIS.
  • Leads communications efforts for company change management
  • Manages corporate promotional/publicity events, including news conferences and network functions
  • Lead efforts in research, copy writing, editing, fact-checking, and coordinating production of all communications and content that reach external audiences.

Qualifications: Strong academic background. Preferably an Arts/Business/Marketing Graduate Degree an M.B.A. in Marketing & Mass Media/Communications/etc

Requisite Experience: Atleast 8 to 10 years of post-qualification and hands-on experience in marketing, advertising and branding, communications, PR, with reputed agencies + Corporates. Corporate / Client Side experience of atleast 5 years is a must.
