Candidate Requirements:
10-12 years Sales / BD experience in IT Services &
products
Proven High Performance in Software sales.
Proven hunting skills in the mid/high market sector
Job Description:
Prospect for identifying new partnerships, potential new
clients and closing successfully on those deals.
Expand company business among existing clients and newer
clients through networking.
Build long-term relationships with new clients.
Planning Sales / BD approaches and pitches.
Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements
Experience with contract interpretation, negotiations and
project management.
In-depth knowledge of Multiple ERP solutions is an asset
Tactical Communicator at all levels
Good networking skills which enable you to create and
maintain formal and informal networks in the industry.
Highly Fluent in Languages needed to communicate to
potential clients.
Analytical / Problem Solver / Entrepreneurial / Hands-on
/ No-nonsense / Pragmatic.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by
implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and
developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories in the WESTERN
Regions of MAHARASHTRA, GOA, GUJARAT; projecting expected sales volume and
profit for existing and new products.
Implements REGIONAL sales programs by developing sales
action plans.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by
keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators,
and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring
costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes regional sales operational requirements by
scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting,
orienting, and training employees along with HR & Operations.
Maintains sales staff revenue generation results by
counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job
results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending
educational workshops; seminars, conferences, etc, reviewing professional
publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional
societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related
results as needed.

Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching,
