Job Profile:

  • Produce superior design solutions that meet brand objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead and direct the Creative teams across three main creative disciplines – Creative Strategy, Visual, Interaction Design and Copy.​
  • Shape the vision and direction of the creative work produced inhouse for the company brand going on various platforms like web, print, social, etc.​
  • Lead strong conceptual and strategic directions and clearly present ideas to the teams for flawless execution.​
  • Develop presentations and key strategic documents to provide thought leadership and drive digital and conceptual design innovation.​
  • Ensure high standards and best quality of concept and work
  • Share responsibility with other team leaders for ‘flawless execution’ of design/creative deliverables
  • Manage, mentor and support growth of creative teams of graphic designers, & other design specialists.
  • Generate ideas and provide support to promote and grow the Company brand; work closely with Products, Marketing and Marketing Communications Managers to define, produce and execute marketing campaigns, corporate strategy and original concepts
  • Lead design and development of all facets of the global Company experience including, but not limited to; imaginative design, thought leadership, influence creative problem solving sessions; drive and produce imaginative and relevant design for all facets of digital, print, environment, customer and employee experience objectives
  • Represent, communicate and implement the Company design and brand management concept internally and externally; promote and defend the integrity of corporate design and brand standards
  • Lead, influence and provide constructive feedback for design team to ensure proper reflection of the Company brand
  • Influence and evolve current brand, using existing fundamental principles
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to propel creative brand strategy and execute best creative solution for complex challenges in digital, print, and experience arenas
  • Demonstrate passion for detailed design, capturing the big picture and thinking next steps for long term strategy and vision for identity management
  • Create marketing materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, posters, mailers, invitations, newsletters, advertisements, etc.) and exhibits materials if required, and digital materials from conception through design, review and final production based on the corporate identity guidelines and feedback from product stakeholders and Director, Corporate Marketing
  • Design and create graphical interfaces for all Company websites, as well as the interfaces for software products in close cooperation with product stakeholders and Director, Corporate Marketing
  • Coordinate and supervise assigned external printing jobs, including proof and press checks, to assure that the printed result conforms to corporate design and quality standards
  • Manage available visuals, ensuring that those in use are not obsolete and reflect current design standards
  • Generate ideas and provide support to promote and grow the Company global brand; work closely with product divisions and Director, Corporate Marketing to define, produce and execute marketing campaigns, corporate strategy and original concepts.
  • Represent, communicate and implement the Company design and brand management concept internally and externally; promote and defend the integrity of corporate design and brand standards.
  • Maintain a high degree of self-motivation, generate fresh ideas, attend seminars and training sessions, keep current with internal and external design trends and foster positive team interaction.
  • Collaborate with key leaders and internal stakeholders to propel creative brand strategy.
  • Engineer and execute exceptional creative solutions that explain complex ideas clearly.
Academic Background & experience needed:

  • Art school or related degree, along with 8+​yrs of experience in graphic design & creative production.
  • 8+​ years design experience in website creation, design, advertising and typography.
  • Experience/understanding of interactive/internet, web design/development and print projects
  • Working knowledge of interaction design, technology, usability and experience design
  • Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash.​ After effects, Maya, and CGI a +​
  • In depth understanding of HTML and the capabilities of web browsers
  • Excellent leadership skills, presentation skills, and proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects.​
  • Visionary creative thinking from a digital marketing perspective

Job Description:

The PR Lead is responsible for managing the company Public Relations portfolio. He/She directs publicity programs and campaigns, improves public image of company, and clarifies company's points of view on important issues & statements made by company reps in media.

Primary responsibilities:
Manage the public relations department.
Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve pubic perception & knowledge of the company.
Prepare and publish newsletters and other company literature, handling internal as well as external communications.
Create impactful /branding rich marketing collaterals like mailers, articles in publications, newsletters, blog posts, videos, etc.
Produce annual reports on financial status of firm as directed/approved by the appropriate financial heads of the company.
Release promotion literature about new products/services/launches.
Draft speeches with chief executives.
Respond to information queries from media and the general public.
Identify audience for product or service.
Write press releases and develop media kits.
Develop and maintain corporate image and logos.
Manage company sponsorships.
Maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials and media representatives.
Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programs.
Manage an organization's reputation with the public in general and clients.
Compile comprehensive information about the company for the media.
Develop and launch Internet or intranet web pages.
Manage communications budgets.

Education:

Profile Outline:
We are looking for Creative Graphic Designers for an Ad Banner Designer position, who will be responsible for developing online ad banners and HTML layouts, based on the company briefs and requirements. Online ad banners may include Flash animated ads and static and rich media ads.
The graphic designer should always work on improving their technical and design skills to enhance the quality of the product with more efficiency and productivity. This position requires a professional with strong artistic sensibility, a good eye for color and composition, web design skills, organizational skills, problem solving capabilities and of course, a whole lot of creativity and innovation.

Who should apply for this post?
Visual Designers (Web), Software Engineers, Graphic Designers, Web Developers, Web Enthusiasts with prior experience. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator/Corel Draw, Indesign. Flash CS3, Photoshop CS3, Good knowledge of layout, color scheme and typography, Animation skills (Expression/Proportion/Emphasis/timing) IAB standards for interactive online ads, etc.
