Designation: Digital Marketing Analyst
Location: Powai, Mumbai 
Ctc: Open to discussion [Upto 25 lacs p.a approx]
Company Profile: E-commerce giant catering to Real Estate Listings, Requirements, Buying, Selling, Renting, etc. for mass/luxury markets PAN India & abroad. They are spread over 10 cities & have over 1500+ employees across locations. 

They are looking someone brilliant to join their teams as Digital Marketing Analyst, a seasoned professional who is a keen observer & processor of raw data into usable insights driving a lot of the company’s digital decision making. An ideal candidate has an interest in both the art and science of marketing, and an appreciation for the various forms of data; a high attention to detail; is inquisitive and thorough in his/her deductive reasoning, and is always seeking why; is able to manage sizable amounts of information and data in an organized fashion; comfortable with a fast-paced environment and change; and embraces personal responsibility. We are looking for someone who has a passion for actionable analytics to drive marketing strategy with a focus on maximizing ROI on marketing investments. In addition, this position will also support their mobile strategy. Moving from data to decision, action to results!  Job Description:
  • The Candidate must possess a strong background in website analytics, digital marketing (especially search engine marketing & analytics), social media marketing, business intelligence tools, and internet technologies.
  • Additionally, a qualified candidate has excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • He or she is also familiar with current digital marketing concepts and applications, including channel attribution, tag management, and the integration of multiple data sources.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights and develop measurable recommendations and experiments.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation on measurement methodology and reporting process to ensure continuity and consistency of analytics program.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to drive actionable insights and recommendations to improve our product and optimize monetization.
  • Create insightful automated dashboards and data visualizations to track key metrics and trends.
  • Tackle complex business problems by converting raw data into meaningful and actionable business ideas
  • Dissect product usage to make recommendations for product improvements and analyze AB testing results
  • Drive those ideas to execution while interacting with business and product leadership.
  • Effectively communicating relevant project information vertically and horizontally to superiors and peers within marketing and across other capabilities.
  • Preparing informative and well-organized presentations showcasing data, insights, and recommendations 
  • Making optimization recommendations based on your analysis and observations.
  • Work with Lead Gen and other 2U teams to develop digital campaigns, including: overall strategy, targeting, messaging, and testing elements
  • Tracking and analyzing media performance, vendor relationships and creative campaigns; reporting within team and broader 2U stakeholder.
  • Managing the planning and tracking of media budgets for one or more programs
  • Engages weekly with other members of the organization to proactively identify risks and opportunities; make recommendations for action.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical education is preferable. PG degree is acceptable but not mandatory.
  • Previous digital marketing experience (full-time)
  • Demonstrates a high level of business acumen
  • Does not accept complacency
  • Proven ability in analyzing data, and making business recommendations based on the analysis.
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, attention to detail and organization
  • Thinks creatively
  • Definitively demonstrates Excel and data management skills
  • Demonstrates proactive thinking, Always seeking ways to do something better
  • Other Attributes That Will Help You in This Role:
  • Prior digital marketing knowledge (Search, display, email, html a plus)
  • Understanding of CRM marketing.
  • The ability to multi-task and evaluate priorities on an ongoing basis
  • The ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information in a tactful manner.
  • Well developed sense of discretion regarding access to sensitive information.
  • Adapts quickly, and prefers a fast-paced environment.
