Company Profile: A funded food tech startup, looking for a competent co-founding team.

Job Profile:

Quick Summary: With 1-3 Years exp, IIT / BITS/ NIT Min 2 years of experience in Consumer tech in a Product, P&L, Category Management Role.

With great people skills & insights you basically have the brain of an engineer, tact of a diplomat & the heart of a designer.You will have at least 1-3 years of experience in the consumer tech field, and are ready to get behind the wheels of a growing food tech company as it readies to grab a $20 Billion market. With a creative but practical spirit, you love the spirit of adventure and are looking to take on responsibility in building something concrete, dipping into the boundless potential our company has.

Role:

The Product Manager is responsible for leading projects from conceptualization to launch. You will be responsible for building and constantly improving the product using metrics, data, consumer insights, & your very imaginative brain. You’re will wear multiple hats, taking care of high-level strategy as well as the tiniest details. You’ll be working and collaborating across teams.

• To lead the development of the product strategy, vision & execution, starting from defining target users, service pathways, to operational and technical product strategies.
• To own the product road-map, and strive to keep updated with the latest in food tech methodologies.
• Be comfortable making data-driven decisions on which products to launch and what capabilities to build.
• Work closely with design, operations, and engineering teams to launch products.
• Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product that you own.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs in delivery of current products, while keeping in mind the long term vision for all products.
• Anticipate roadblocks in product development, solve for them, take informed and calculated risks, and ensure delivery on time.
• Define success metrics and deliver on them consistently.

Academic Background:
We're looking at promising academic institutes of repute like IITs/NIT/BITS, etc.
